Was recommended by a family member to get a second opinion from this station about another shop’s $1700+ estimate; morning appointment revealed no such repairs were necessary, and my car passed state/safety inspections with no other issues; shout-out to Jeff and Dawson for personally showing my car’s undercarriage, and for their quick and thorough service at such short notice.

Last week, I took my 2016 BMW X5 to the Southpoint BMW for a routining oil change. Unfortunately, the oil pan was damaged during the oil change procedures, and I was quoted for over $6000 to repair, after strong complaints the cost was dropped to $4700. I was very disappoint by their poor customer care and towed the vehicle to Exxon at Strickland road, after inspection, they proposed a repair approach to me with much reduced price, they then went on to complete the repair successfully in just a couple of days. I really appreciated the high level care and respect provided by their manager and technician. I will surely chose them to take care of my automobiles from this point on and without any hesitation to recommend their service to my friends. Bajin Han

Absolutely amazing experience! Dropped off the truck, walked to the Home Depot next door and got a call that my tires had been rotated BEFORE I had time to check out. Clean, professional, took care of my truck at the time they said they would. Would give more stars if I could.

Went for an oil change. Tried to charge me $100 to change a $20 cabin filter. Erased my review. EDIT: It takes literally 1 minute to access the filter, slide it out, and slide in a new one. Charging $80 labor is not competitive. It is a classic scam and was surprised to see it attempted here. It speaks volumes about their integrity and values.

They were very helpful. Travis was able to take me to my car & jump the battery so that it started & he followed me back to the station where I was able to admit the car. I therefore did not need.to pay for towing. I was contacted soon after about the damage & repair cost. I said it was a little high & the manager gave me a NEW customer discount. Overall, I was pleased with the service.
